About Me
Hi, I’m Vicente Perez Samson.
My mother was a writer of romantic fiction, and she always said that I was her kindred spirit. This is probably why I have always considered myself a romantic.
Going into real estate may seem like an incongruous decision, given my mother’s influence. But it made complete sense to me because I always loved houses. Or, it would be more accurate to say, I fell in love with them. This is the main reason I went into real estate. I wanted the luxury to explore as many houses as I could, to appreciate their history in every nook and cranny, every scratch and dent, in both the small details and the big architectural elements.
As it turned out, I was also extremely good at my job. With nearly three decades of experience as a Financial Planner and Realtor in California, I was able to build a career rooted in strategic financial planning, real estate investment, and client-focused solutions.
